We offer free and easy returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with tags still attached. If your item doesn’t meet your quality expectations, simply initiate your return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll handle the rest! Your satisfaction is our priority.
Issue isn't with the item. The product seems and feels good. Website layout and design is great. My issue was with shipping time. Website says - Free 4 Day Shipping. I ordered items as a gift on July 9th. Expecting them maybe by July 14-15 latest, which is longer than the claimed 4 day shipping. Had to do a follow up on July 20th, no response, another follow up on July 23rd. One of the items went out of stock by then, had to choose another item. Items then finally got dispatched by July 28th. I don't even remember when they arrived. By then, it didn't matter. I had to source alternate gifts. So, if you are NOT in a rush. Buy it. As a company I would not claim 4 day shipping, as that is misleading.
